CRRSA and ARP Update (3/31/2025) On Friday, March 28, 2025 the Tennessee Department of Education received this e-mail and attached letter from the U.S. Department of Education’s (ED’s) Secretary, Honorable Linda McMahon, reconsidering requests for the extension to liquidate all programs funded by the CRRSA and ARP Acts. This includes all ARP Homeless grants. ED modified the liquidation extension period to end as of today, March 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET. According to the letter, ED will reconsider extensions requests on an individual project-specific basis. We wanted to share this information with you as quickly as possible, and we are working to gather additional clarity and information that we will share as soon as soon as possible. Please send any questions to Deborah.Thompson@tn.gov. 2025 Summer Programming Guidance and Office Hours (1/30/2025) Contact: Summer.Programs@tn.gov Ahead of this coming summer’s opportunities for students to gain additional learning time and academic supports during summer camp, the department is releasing updated guidance documents to support district and school planning. Additional resources to be released include guidance for budgeting, ePlan application, SPEAR attendance, and post-testing. Summer programming waivers are now available in ePlan located in the Data and Information tab. For questions, please contact Summer.Programs@tn.gov. District leaders are encouraged to bring specific questions as they navigate planning for summer programming. District leaders can join the Summer Programming office hours using the TEAMS Meeting links below. Charter organizations will need to go through their district authorizer point of contact to receive specific guidance on summer programming. (Summer Programming Waiver) January 30: 2 p.m,-3 p.m. CT (note revised time) (Staffing and Instructional Time Guidance) February 13: 1-2 p.m. CT (Post Testing: Schoolnet/URS) February 27: 1-2 p.m. CT (ePlan Application/SPEAR Enrollment) March 13: 1 p.m.-2 p.m. CT (ePlan Application) March 27: 1 p.m-2 p.m. CT (SPEAR Application) April 10: 1 p.m-2 p.m. CT (Summer Programming Guidance) April 24: 1 p.m. -2 p.m. CT InformTN Planning Roles (1/2/2025) To prepare for the opening of the InformTN platform and the planning window on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, district user access administrators can review and assign the LEA Planning roles that are needed to work on the district plans. The ePlan LEA User Access Administrator Manual includes which roles can be assigned (p. 7) and how to run a user report (p. 11). The user report will list everyone in the district with their current roles. The InformTN Technical Manual includes a table that lists the planning roles as shown below (p. 3).

Single Sign On (SSO) Account Set-up and Password Assistance (9/29/2020)

Individuals that have a locked SSO account should send an email to DT.Support@tn.gov requesting a new Welcome email.
