FY27 Non-Public School Survey (12/16/2025)
The FY27 Non-Public School Survey for non-public school participation in equitable services opens on Jan. 6, 2026, and is due Feb. 18, 2025. Survey responses will populate the FY27 CFA (spring 2026) and will be used to inform allocations for ESEA Titles I, II, III, and IV, and IDEA.

When available on Jan. 6, the FY27 Non-Public School Survey can be located in ePlan.tn.gov under Data and Information. Please ensure you select 2027 as the year. The Non-Public School Survey will import each LEA’s non-public school from the previous year’s list from the School Directory. Once imported, the school list can be modified by the user in ePlan—this will be important for LEAs that share a non-public school with another LEA or for LEAs who have known low-income students from their Title I attendance areas that are enrolled in other participating non-public schools. If an LEA needs to add a new school that does not appear on the list for the FY27 year, please contact Michelle.Harless@tn.gov.

A guidance document to assist LEAs in the process of completing the FY27 Non-Public School Survey can be found in ePlan > TDOE Resources > Equitable Services to Non-Public Schools (CTE/ESSA/IDEA) > ESSA Non-Public Schools Information > Equitable Services Webinars and TDOE Guidance > FY27 Non-Public Survey Guidance.
