FY26 IDEA High Cost & State Special School Transportation Webinars

To support LEAs in completing successful submissions of the FY26 IDEA High Cost and State Special School Transportation reimbursement requests, the Federal Programs and Oversight team will offer a webinar at two times. Local Education Agencies may attend on either Thursday, June 11, at 9:00 a.m. CT | 10:00 a.m. ET, or Tuesday, June 16 at 1:00 p.m. CT | 2:00 p.m. ET. The webinar slides, along with additional resources, will be available in ePlan TDOE Resources. Note: Thursday, June 11, is a change from the previously announced Wednesday, June 10 date. 

The instruments will open in ePlan in the FY26 Data and Information section on July 1. This is a change from the previously announced date of June 3. All submissions will be due on or before Aug. 17.  

Additionally, the team will offer weekly office hours on Wednesdays from 12-1 p.m. CT | 1-2 p.m. ET to answer questions and provide support for submissions as well as needed revisions. Weekly office hours will begin July 1 and continue through Sept. 16.

Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Board Approval (5/1/2026)

The CFA Board Approval for FY27 will be embedded in ePlan under Data and Information. This process ensures that local boards of education are aware of the facts, figures, and representations made in the CFA, including that the exhibits, attachments, and assurances are true and correct to the best of their knowledge. Submissions in ePlan is required by the director of schools. The application opens on May 1. The deadline to submit the FY27 CFA Board Approval in ePlan will be Aug.1.

FY 2026 Alternative Education Survey (4/30/2026)

T.C.A § 49-6-3404 requires the Advisory Council for Alternative Education to, upon request of the governor, the education committee of the senate, either education committee of the house of representatives, or the commissioner of education, make a report on the state of alternative education in this state. 

The FY 2026 Alternative Education Survey will be completed in ePlan. The survey will open in ePlan on Friday, May 1, 2026, and is due on or before Monday, June 15, 2026.

Single Sign On (SSO) Account Set-up and Password Assistance (9/29/2020)

Individuals that have a locked SSO account should send an email to DT.Support@tn.gov requesting a new Welcome email.
